Ólöf Arnalds has published a wonderful Icelandic meat soup recipe over on her blog.

Whilst I am yet to try it, the timing couldn’t be better with the chill of Winter already being felt. And it looks gorgeous too. It would probably go well with a chunk of crusty bread, and a tune or two from Ólöf herself.
